At the gym on base this morning.

Still holding back from anything really heavy, since the back issue hasn't been resolved. Oddly, today it only twinged when I was re-racking the barbell.

  1. Sounds like we both have the same back problem! Ugh, it's frustrating!! Hope yours is better soon. I'm hoping mine straightens out, as I just discovered that I am now of age to be in the Masters competition, and I'd at least like to make an attempt at it on a local level.

  2. I did CF total yesterday and woke up this morning with a really stiff, tweakie back. I set PRs on all 22 movements, but in return I may have sidelined myself from heavy lifting :(

    How long have you had this back tweak?
